was formed in December of 1999, founded by experienced aviation
professionals to provide custom Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL) to
operators of transport category aircraft. We have expanded our business
to include Technical Writing services for a variety of flight operations
manuals, particularly those requiring FAA approval. |

and airline operational experience including:

related issues with all levels of the FAA (FSDO, FOEB, AEG, ACO, Headquarters)
and the FAA/ATA MMEL Industry Group

- Private Pilot Certificates
- Extensive avionics technician experience —
commercial and military aircraft
- Maintenance and flight operations experience with
major US airlines (Maintenance Control Office; MEL Program Management;
Maintenance Training; Regulatory Compliance Office)
- Factory
and airline trained on B-717, B-727, B-737, B-757, B-767, B-777,
DC-8, DC-9, DC-10, MD-80, MD-90, MD-11, A310, and L-1011 aircraft,
plus a wide variety of business jet aircraft and turbo prop aircraft
