Kristen Emerson

Meet Kristen, our Operations Manager and Human Resources Director! Kristen has been with Aerodox since 2012, leading us with confidence and dedication. Her leadership skills and extensive experience have been instrumental in optimizing our MEL process and fostering a positive work environment. Outside of her roles at Aerodox, she is actively involved in various aviation groups and organizations. Always looking for opportunities to learn and to network, she participates in Industry Group meetings and attends the Maintenance Conference and NBAA BACE each year. In her free time, Kristen enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
